I've installed a Wiki on the SFWW site...well TWiki, to be specific. You can get to it from www.sfwritersworkshop.org/twiki
It is very generic right now, and much is not set up, but the generic stuff is there if you want to create an account and start learning to use it.
Re:Wiki Site
Great work!!! I'm in and playing.
Thanks again Anneliese.
Re:Wiki Site
You're welcome. I just wish I could get the user login to work correctly.

Re:Wiki Site
I started fiddling around also. You're right. Registration works, but log in seems to be weird
I did manage to leave a breif note, though.
Re:Wiki Site
How is someone supposed to login? I created a user for myself but I don't see a login field for an ID and password. I can edit the pages and I haven't login'ed in. Has it remembered me somehow?
Re:Wiki Site
I think that I have to either find or create a login page. Unfortunately, unless it is dirt simple, I probably won't have time to do it until after I return from Chicago (6/21-6/28). In the mean time, feel free to play around.

Re:Wiki Site
Announcement!
I have authentication up on the TWiki site. What this means, is that you should be required to login and supply your TWiki Name and Password. If you have not yet registered, then use TWikiGuest as your name and guest as the password. Then go to the Registration page to create your own account. In order to begin using TWiki with your account, you may have to close the browser window so that you will be asked for your login information again.
I promise: this is not the final solution, I'm working on a more logical/streamlined approach and this will be changing some in the future.

Not Working
The TWikiGuest/guest is not working for me. It's not allowing me access, so I can' t register.

Life is a lot like caving: Most of the time you grope around in the dark.
Re:Wiki Site
Since I can't seem to get the generic TwikiGuest to work either, I've set up another 'guest' account that can be used to log in and register:
Name: SfwwGuest
Password: sfww
Note: Case is significant!
